What we collect
- Contact details you share by WhatsApp, phone, email or in person, such as your name and phone number.
- Vehicle details needed to quote and carry out work, such as model, year, registration and rim or tyre sizes.
- Basic, anonymised website analytics if we enable them. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it
- To quote, book and carry out the work you asked for.
- To follow up on warranty, re-torque checks or outstanding parts.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only parts suppliers and payment providers where needed to complete your job. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for seven years for accounting purposes. Chat enquiries that do not become a job are deleted within 12 months.
